What is an Outdoor Kitchen?
Centuries of tradition, your wood-fired oven is a majes-tic testimony to open hearth cooking. There is no dis-guising the purity and authenticity of nature’s finest ingredients cooked next to a roaring fire. Taken from the field to the hearth, foods are able to maintain their individual characteristics. Dynamic results are obtained using the simplest seasonings and techniques, and with-out masking flavors in a complicated sauce.
With no moving parts or electronics to control it, the wood-fired oven at first appears to be a relic of the past. Yet, it is still the most sophisticated and versatile appli-ance in your kitchen fire and reach temperatures no gas oven can match. Control the flame and you can create multiple cooking environments. Once you master the fire, your oven will replicate your favorite menus.
Outdoor Fireplaces are the highest quality outdoor fireplace kits avail-able. Constructed using the same high-tech, high-density Refractory Material used in our commercial pizza ovens (costing up to $10,000), the fireplace combines an authentic Mediterranean look with outstanding heating performance. Unlike some fireplace inserts, where the heat goes right up the chimney, these true wood-burning outdoor fireplaces ab-sorb and reflect the heat of your fire, providing you with a warm and at-tractive addition to your Outdoor Kitchen or outdoor living room.

How Does an Outdoor Kitchen Wood Fired Oven Work?
Pizza, bread, cakes, meats, and cookies bake from the heat of the wood fire. All of the heat being absorbed by the oven walls is now slowly radiating out around the oven. With a hot oven and open oven door, you leave a little burning wood on one side of the oven. On the other side you cook the pizza, foccacia, bruschetta etc. directly on the oven’s cooking surface. When baking bread you take all the coal out and mop the surface of the oven, then you can start baking the bread.
This is about eating wonderful foods prepared by you and cooked using a little fire in a wood burning pizza-bread traditional oven. It is visually pleasing, interesting, as well as effi-cient and economical. Your friends will be so impressed they will probably follow you by building something as glorious in their homes. Cook meats, roasts, casserole dishes, bake cakes, etc.
A wide assortment of grilling accessories are also available, from traditional to spit style skewers. These spits allow for either manual or motorized rotation of up to 16 spits. This process allows meats to self baste in their own juices, creating food that is succulent and moist.
